The European Commission is believed to be considering a vaccine passport scheme for all its member states – as many of them look to reopen borders for summer tourists.
Spain was the latest to announce it would introduce covid passports from May, after Greece said it hopes to do the same.

However, it now looks like Ireland will be in lockdown until June – so will international travel really be possible this summer?
