Clare Infectious Disease Expert Warns Of Consequences Of Easing Too Many Restrictions

A Clare native infectious diseases expert is warning that now is a time for caution, when it comes to easing restrictions.

The Taoiseach is set to unveil the plan from April 5th early next week but moves to re-open construction and lift the 5km travel limit have been cast into doubt by rising numbers of new cases.

There is an acceptance at Cabinet level however that people need some easing of measures over the next month.
