Suddenly, 12th April 2021, predeceased by his brother Pat Cotter and sister Carmel (Sr Regina). Deeply regretted by his brothers James, Paul and Senan, sisters Anne, Kathleen and Geraldine, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and former colleagues from Clare County Council. Rest In Peace.
