Efforts are under way to repurpose Scariff’s old Astor cinema as part of a possible regeneration project for the East Clare village.
Following a recent meeting of the local community, efforts are now underway to explore the potential of the former cinema which has been dormant since 2011 and redevelop the building into a flexible community venue.
