A leading economist is warning that there’s currently no indication that the trend of rising rents in Clare will stop anytime soon.
The latest report by Daft.ie shows the Banner has seen some of the biggest rent increases of anywhere in the country, with the average rent here now standing at €972 per month.
It represents a 9.6% year-on-year jump in prices for rental properties.
