The vaccination centre at Clare’s Radisson Blu Hotel is to be relocated to Limerick Racecourse.
The move will take place on a phased basis throughout June, and will happen as the hospitality industry begins to reopen and the vaccination programme continues to be scaled up.
The move will allow an increase in capacity of potentially up to 44 vaccination booths in comparison to the 32 booths currently available at the Radisson Blu Hotel.

It’s understood Clare’s vaccination centre, operating at Treacy’s West County Hotel in Ennis, will continue operation at what the UL hospitals Group says will be ‘at an increased level’ over the coming months.
