Gardaí are searching for two men following an attempted burglary in South East Clare.
The men were spotted at the door of the house in Sixmilebridge last Tuesday, one armed with a metal bar and the other with a baseball bat.
The person who lived there shouted at them, after which they made an escape in a black BMW 5 series and drove off with the boot open.
