Group Three of the Clare senior football championship is set to go right down to the wire after today’s second round action.
Goals in either half from Aaron Griffin and Niall Kelly secured Lissycaseys first ever senior championship win over Doonbeg as they took a 2-10 to 0-10 win.
Clondegad bounced back to winning ways as they produced a defiant display to see off the challenge of Eire Og by 0-14 to 1-10.
It means all four teams in the group now have two points on the board heading into the final round in two weeks time.
