A Clare Government TD believes limited capacity on rural bus services is disproportionately impacting rural counties.
Buses for primary and secondary pupils are still limited to 50 percent capacity, despite full public transport services making all seats available for use last week.
Fianna Fail Deputy Cathal Crowe is calling for the National Transport Authority to reverse the move and relax the numbers.
