People in Clare are being reminded that their metal health is just as important as their physical health.
Mental Health Awareness Week 2021 runs from Thursday the 7th to Wednesday the 13th of October, with this year’s theme being ‘Mental Health in an Unequal World’.
As part of the week, West Clare Mental Health Association are hosting a ‘Farm Connect’ event on Friday evening as well as a ‘Be Active’ event on Mental Health Day which falls on Sunday the 10th.
