Semi Final Spots And Silverware Up For Grabs In Busy Day Of Clare Club Hurling Action

The first two semi finalists of the Clare senior hurling championship will be known this evening

There is a double header of action in Cusack Park, with the action getting underway at 1.30pm as Wolfe Tones take on Newmarket.

That game is followed at 4.30pm by the third meeting of Sixmilebridge and Eire Og in recent years between the sides, with the champions coming through on both on occasions.

Both games are live here on Clare FM across the afternoon.

The senior B semi-finals are also down for decision, as Clonlara meet Whitegate in Sixmilebridge from 1.30pm while Shannon is the venue for the clash of Broadford and Feakle from 4pm.

In the intermediate championship, the first of this year’s semi finals take place at 4.30pm in Sixmilebridge as Tulla meet Smith O’Brien’s.

Meanwhile, there is silverware up for grabs in the Junior B championship as Sixmilebridge meet Scariff in the decider from 2pm in Broadford.
