Predeceased by his parents Denis and Julia and by his brothers Martin and Jack and his sister Mary.
Much loved and missed by his wife Margaret, children Ger, Maug, Denis and Trish, sister Bridie Barrett ( Silvermines), sons-in-law Tom and John, daughter-in-law Angela, his adored grandchildren Deirdre, Conor, Kate, Dara, Ciara, Aodán and Deirdre’s husband Conan.
Paddy will also be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews and will be fondly remembered and missed by his great neighbours in Mervue, his former colleagues in Roadstone and St. Patrick’s Primary School and by everyone he befriended over the years.
Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway on Monday from 5pm to 7pm.
Requiem mass on Tuesday at 11am in the Church of the Holy Family, Mervue.
Burial afterwards in Carrowbrowne Cemetery.

In light of the spread of Covid-19, Paddy’s family request that all those attending the funeral maintain social distancing guidelines, wear a mask and avoid shaking hands. A walk through system will be in place at the funeral parlour. Although the capacity in the Church has increased, we ask that the Church be confined to extended family and close friends.
