The sentencing of an Ennis woman who assaulted her own father along with a young mother and her child has been adjourned.
26 year old Majella Mc McCarthy of the Galway Road was found guilty last week of pouring petrol over John McCarthy and then Cree woman Mary Kelly and her 18 month old baby girl at Spanish Point Road in Miltown Malbay on the 4th of March last.
Ms.Kelly and her child were unknown to the 26 year old.

Sentencing was due to be handed down at Ennis Circuit Court today but the matter was adjourned until October 5th to allow for psychiatric and probation reports
