Gardai are investigating an incident in Sixmilebridge during which shots were fired and a young woman was injured.
The incident happened at a housing development in the area at around 6 o’clock last Monday morning.
Several shots were fired and a woman in her twenties received minor injuries to her leg.

It’s believed to be linked to a feud among a number of families
Gardai are treating the incident as serious and are examining all lines of inquiry.
