Ennis residents are calling for tougher penalties for people urinating in the streets, as local homes and businesses deal with its dirty consequences.
Xtravision has told Clare FM they’ve been forced to close their late night video return box, after two cases of people urinating in the facility, while the owners of Custy’s Music Shop off O’Connell Street have installed an electric shock device to stop people in the act.
