The Lissycasey man who died following an alleged assault in Ennis on St Stephen’s night will be laid to rest today.
26 year old Brian Casey died on Monday from injuries he sustained during a night out with family and friends on Saturday last.

The popular club footballer and teacher is survived by his parents, Martin and Eileen, his girlfriend, brother and two sisters and will be laid to rest in Lissycasey following funeral mass at 12 o’clock today.
Two men, 29 year old Harry Dinan of 10 Waterpark Heights in Ennis and 22 year old Kevin Dinan of 3 Clarehill, Clarecastle were remanded in custody charged with assault causing harm to the late Brian Casey this week and will appear in court again later this month.
