Seven people were rescued from Lough Derg over the weekend after their vessels got into difficulty.
The RNLI lifeboat based at Dromineer in Nenagh was launched twice on Sunday to attend the separate incidents.

In the first case the rescue services assisted 4 persons when their cruiser hit rocks in Scarriff Bay, south west of Holy Island shortly before 12 yesterday ..
Then just before 3 pm the Valentia Coast Guard requested the Lifeboat to launch again to assist 3 persons on board a cruiser aground, just off Mountshannon, north of Holy island.
