Vysochan Murder Trial to open in Limerick

 

Two men are due to go on trial today charged with the murder of a 16 year old in South East Clare.

Roman Vysochan- a Ukrainian national who had been living in Westbury with his family for a number of years, died after an alleged altercation at the Carrig Meed housing estate in Corbally two years ago.

John O Loughlin with an address at Cecil Street in Limerick and  Anthony Mason of Bishop Street also in Limerick are both accused of the murder of the 16 year old on the 10th of May 2008.

The trial is due to open before Justice Paul Carney at the Central Criminal Court today, which is sitting in Limerick, once a jury is sworn in to hear the case.
