An East Clare woman is to plead guilty to causing a breach of the peace by sending Mass cards for the dead to three people, including Clare’s animal warden Frankie Coote.
Killaloe District Court heard yesterday at Breda Maloney of Ballymalone, Tuamgraney will plead guilty to the offence, though she did not appear for her scheduled sitting.
A bench warrant was issued for Maloney to appear before the court, and the case was adjourned until February 1st.
