Sci-fi fans from across Clare will meet this weekend to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the local Star Trek club.

It’s two decades since the first “ trekie “gathering at the Old Lodge in Shannon, and tomorrow night the remaining members of the Limerick and Shannon sci-fi club will return to the venue to celebrate a galaxy far far away
All past members have been invited to attend.
