Clare homeowners with a second residence are being reminded that the annual levy on additional properties is due to be paid by the end of this month ( June)
The charge applies to any residential property in which the owner does not reside as their normal place of residence and also applies to vacant residential property and properties where the owners live abroad.
Existing customers can long onto www.nppr.ie to pay the levy, alternatively people can register and make payment at Clare County Council’s offices in Ennis.
