The President of the European Council is in Dublin today for talks with the Taoiseach.
Herman Van Rompuy will meet Enda Kenny this afternoon ahead of next week’s EU Summit to discuss issues such as the economy, justice and migration.

Mr Kenny will also be briefing Mr Van Rompuy on the economic situation in Ireland and progress being made under the EU/IMF Programme.
