The Government’s been urged to maintain investment in social housing projects across Clare, despite the economic downturn.
It comes after the official opening of a landscaped green area at the former site of the Tradaree Court Flats in Shannon.
The apartment block was built in the 1970s and came under the control of Clare County Council in 2004, having fallen into disrepair, and were demolished last year.
