The future of almost 3000 jobs at Superquinn have been saved.

The Musgrave Group has purchased the supermarket chain just hours after a receiver KPNG was appointed to the company.
Musgraves – which owns SuperValu and Centra among others – says the deal will secure the long term viability of Superquinn and will protect jobs.
