The man claiming responsibility for Friday’s atrocities in Norway will not appear before an open court today.
Anders Breivik is accused of killing at least 93 people in a shooting and car bomb attack in Oslo.
He has produced a "terrorist manifesto" and appears to want a public platform to explain his actions, however he is likely to be denied this.
