The iconic North Clare destination has achieved a 3-Star Eco-certification through the Sustainable Tourism Eco-Certification Program – the independently audited awarded honours the eco-friendly and sustainable tourism ventures.
Among the ventures undertaken as part of this was the addition of pictorial signs for non-English speaking visitors, the increased use of online marketing and the sourcing of materials from local suppliers
