The Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed it’s providing consular assistance to the family of an Irish man – who was shot dead in South Africa.
The body of the 53 year old was found yesterday, along with that of his 34 year old South African wife at their home in Alberton, on the outskirts of Johannesburg.

A man’s been arrested in connection with their deaths.
