Management at the cliffs of moher admit they can improve their record on keeping the world famous tourist site clean, after one MEP described it as ‘grotty’
Representative for North and West Jim Higgins has called on Clare County Council to do more to tackle the problems of litter and the cleanliness of toilets after a number of groups complained about the state of the site to him.
He’s written to Clare County Council, to call on them to tackle the problem.

Manager of the Cliffs of Moher visitor experience Katherine Webster insists they are treating the issue as a priority, but admits the comments are disappointing.
