EU leaders will meet in Brussels later for a crucial summit to save the euro.

The German and French leaders have already written to the President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy to outline their plan to save the single currency.
It’s expected that Britain may pose a problem, as it pushes for concessions in a rescue pact – while the debate continues over whether the EU Treaty will have to be changed.
