The Ennis Book Festival is receiving an early Christmas present.
Funding of 8 and a half thousand euro has been earmarked for the annual event from The Arts Council of Ireland under its Small Festivals Scheme for 2012.

A total of sixty six small events nationwide will benefit under the initiative including Coole Music and Arts in Gort which is set to receive four thousand euro.
