The HSE is being accused of dragging its heels on commercial payments to Irish businesses.
Forty per cent of small and medium businesses say they’re experiencing delays in receiving payments of three months or more.
Their representative body ISME says that State agencies are ignoring instructions from the government to pay all invoices within 15 days.
