Operators of a new events venue at the Clare side of the UL campus are confident that it can provide a major jobs boost for the region
30 full-time staff have already been hired to work at the facility, named The Pavilion, which held it’s official opening last night.
Operators say demand for it has already been so high that they are preparing to hire up to another 30 workers in the coming months.

Pat O’Sullivan from Masterchefs Hospitality, who have established the business in conjunction with the University, says they’re pleased with the initial reaction.
