The Tánaiste has described as ‘highly significant’ the visit of the Vice President of China to Clare and Ireland this weekend.
Mr Xi Jinping will jet into Shannon Airport tomorrow afternoon where he’ll be greeted by the Eamon Gilmore.

He’ll then carry out engagements at Shannon Development, Bunratty Castle, the Cliffs of Moher and a dairy farm in Sixmilebridge before flying to Dublin on Sunday.
