A man assaulted in County Tipperary over the weekend has died in hospital.
25 year old James Tynan suffered serious head injuries when he was attacked at Liberty Square in Thurles.
A man held for questioning in connection with the assault has since been released without charge.

Mr Tynan was socialising when he assaulted in what is believed to have been a random attack.
