The decomposing remains of two calves and three dogs were discovered in a wooded area near Lackeen Lake

Clare ISPCA Warden Frankie Coote made the disturbing discovery after a tip off from a member of the public.
He says its disgusting to think someone could dump animals on the side of the road:
