Greek caretaker PM Sworn in

Fears over Greece’s finances have led to savers withdrawing hundreds of millions of euro from the country’s banks since the election.

Last night, a senior judge was sworn in as caretaker prime minister.

He will preside over an emergency government with the sole responsibility of taking the country to new elections – expected to be on June the 17th.

The Eurozone turmoil is going to be high on the G8 leaders agenda when they gather for their latest summit in the US at the weekend.
