The European Affairs Minister Lucinda Creighton says there’s a strong possibility that Ireland will not be able to get access to the international borrowing markets next year.

She told a women’s event in Dublin that Ireland may well need access to the European Stability Mechanism.

And the only way to guarantee this access – is to vote Yes to the EU fiscal treaty.

An Irish-Greek businesswoman is appealing to Irish people to slow down and vote NO in the fiscal treaty referendum.

Libertas has unveiled Patricia Tsouros  as an opponent to the treaty.

She says Ireland is a bankrupt business that needs to make decisions on its future – and that can’t be done by passing the treaty:
