The National Asset Management Agency says up to 35-thousand jobs could be created as part of a new funding plan.
NAMA is proposing to invest two billion euro in development projects over the next four years – in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway.
The agency says the investments are aimed at meeting future accommodation supply shortages and demand – mainly through completing unfinished buildings.
