It’s a renters market in Clare with new figures revealing the average cost of rental accommodation continues to fall here.
The latest Daft.ie report points to a 2.9% drop in rent in County Clare – with an average price of 573 euro per home – that’s down 28% since the height of the property boom.

But in urban areas rent is stabilising and even rising again in places like Dublin and Cork cities.
