Work is underway to develop two natural grass playing fields and a synthetic pitch at Clarisford Killaloe, following a long campaign by the local community, which paid off recently with the allocation of leader funds of 200,000 euro for the project from the Clare Local Development Company.
Funds have also been provided by Killaloe resident Keith Wood who’s been the driving force behind the project.
