Clare motorists are being warned to expect the unexpected today due to heavy traffic on routes right across the county as the bank holiday comes to an end.
Clare gardai will be out in force to ensure all motorists are sticking to the speed limit and not driving in a reckless or dangerous manner.
Head of the Clare Garda Division, Inspector John Galvin says road users need to adjust their driving according to weather conditions.
