The government has announced a grant of 1.3 million euro for road repairs on two of the busiest routes in the county.
One million euro has been set aside for repair works on the structure of the N18 dual-carraigeway at Bunratty, while a further 300,000 euro will be spent on upgrading a 1 mile stretch of the N68 Ennis to Kilrush road at Tullycrine

The funds form part of additional road allocations announced by the National Roads Authority, and have been welcomed by Clare Fine Gael TD Pat Breen
