The Government says new personal insolvency and bankruptcy laws will not be in place until at least November.
The Justice and Finance Minister have announced the measures, that include cutting bankruptcy to just three years.

But plans to keep the settlements out of court have been quashed – the attorney general says for constitutional reasons the circuit court will have to approve all agreements.
