A Majority Yes Vote will see the Irish Constitution changed to give new recognition to the rights of children – A No Vote would mean no change to the constitution.

THis year the Clare Count Centre is based at Ennis Courthouse and where returning Officer Pat Wallace and 33 count staff are sorting through votes from 181 polling booths in Clare.

Mr Wallace says this count is more straight forward and full results should be known by early afternoon
