An Irish nanny living illegally in America has been charged in connection with the death of a 1-year-old baby.
Aisling McCarthy Brady from Co. Cavan, denies injuring the girl in Massachusetts, who later died in hospital.

Preliminary autopsy results on 1-year-old Reham Sabir found she died because of serious brain swelling.
The Department of Foreign Affairs says it’ll provide any consular assistance needed.
Aisling was arrested on a charge of assault and battery, but those charges are expected to be upgraded to murder once a full autopsy report is published.
