A medical report will be released later, into the death of the one-year-old baby an Irish nanny is accused of injuring in the US.
34 year old Aisling McCarthy Brady, from Lavey in Co Cavan, remains in custody, charged with assault and battery – but prosecutors have indicated they will try to charge her for murder.

Investigators have been revealing more details about the case they’re building against her – they say they found new evidence in the baby’s bedroom.
Rehma Sabir died on January 16th in hospital, two days after being admitted.
Aisling McCarthy Brady’s denied any involvement in the baby’s death.
