Hundreds of people will be donning their running and walking shoes today for the West Clare Mini Marathon.
Now in its 15th year, the event from Kilrush to Kilkee raises much needed funds for cancer patient sufferers in West Clare and beyond.

Up to 700 people are participating today with the walk getting underway at 1 o’clock while the runners will take to the starting line at 2 o’clock.
