Rise in rent nationally but Clare still in decline

Rents in Clare are still falling despite new figures showing a rise in the national average last year – for the first time since 2007.

New figures from Daft.ie show the 2.2 percent jump in rents is being driven by the major cities such as Galway Cork and Dublin.
