Oscar Pistorius was previously arrested for an assault at his home according to a police officer testifying at his bail hearing today.
He said there was an incident at the house but Pistorius was not charged.

A witness had also described hearing "non-stop shouting" at Oscar Pistorius’ home, shortly before his girlfriend was shot dead.
But at the athlete’s bail hearing, he’s claiming he thought there was an intruder in his bathroom, so he opened fire killing Reeva Steencamp.
Police say it was pre-meditated murder.
The bail hearing has now been adjourned until tomorrow.
