The deadline for applying for student grants has been extended because of problems with the online application system.
SUSI was due to stop accepting priority applications at midnight last night but students now have until 12 noon today.

They were forced to extend the deadline after the system crashed just hours after the education minister promised an improved service for student grants this year
Last year some students had to wait up to 6 months before receiving their money following delays.
The Minister for Education Ruairi Quinn insists students will not face the same delays as last year:
